Momentum Collective Inc. in partnership with the Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities, will be hosting auditions for Matilda, the musical on January 13th and 20th at Charles Houston Recreation Center (901 Wythe St. Alexandria, VA 22314) from 10:00 am to noon.

Auditions are open to City of Alexandria youth ages 8-16 years old.

Please email us at info@momentumcinc.org to request and audition form which needs to be completed and returned via email or upon arrival at the audition, along with a headshot of your child. The audition will run for approximately one hour, starting at 10:00am during which time they will be asked to do the following:

• Dramatic reading of a side  (section of the script)
• Sing a verse and chorus of a song of their choosing
• Replicate a section of a dance facilitated by a choreographer
