Jason A. Ellis
Jason A. Ellis is the founder and current Executive Director of Momentum Collective Inc. (MC, Inc.), bringing together his passion for the arts, youth leadership development, and technology. Having worked in the public sector in various professional capacities for over 19 years and involved in the performing arts for twice that long, he sees MC, Inc. as the amalgamation of his profession and passion.
Most recent employments have been Head of School for YouthBuild DC Public Charter School and Director of Resident and Community Services with the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority. He has also previously served on the board with the Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce. He brings to MC Inc. a wealth of experience in partnership development, team management, youth development, and a deep love for the arts as both a practitioner and instructor. Full Bio

Travis S. Nembhard
Travis S. Nembhard is a lawyer, judge, and advocate. He brings an array of experiences, ranging from civil rights to finance. Travis is originally from Long Island, New York, but currently lives in Washington, D.C., where he serves as an administrative law judge for the District government. Prior to his appointment as a judicial officer, he served as legislative counsel within the Council for the District of Columbia, where he worked on issues such as increasing transportation accessibility for individuals with disabilities and eliminating fees for low-income District residents, whenever they sought to obtain vital records and documents like birth certificates. Travis is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the ABA Judges Initiative Committee, the JD National Conference of the Administrative Law Judiciary, and the Washington Bar Association. He has a passion for reading and writing, and views mastery of both skills as necessary to the development of our youth. As Chairman of the MC, Inc. Board, Travis brings his expertise in law, finance, and policy, along with his appreciation for the arts. Full Bio
Tamieka Jones is a Human Resources professional with over 18 years of experience, specializing in talent acquisition and recruiting leadership and development. After receiving her B.S. degree in Marketing from Alabama A&M University, she launched her career delivering recruiting services for Aerotek/Allegis Companies, one of the top staffing firms in the country. Tamieka has always had a heart to serve. It is this desire that led her to transition her career to the non-profit industry. In 2016, Tamieka joined AARP as the Director of Talent Acquisition, coupling her love for recruiting and service to the community.
In addition to her successful career in talent acquisition, Tamieka has expanded her talents to the performing arts. In exploring her passions in this domain, Tamieka has been afforded opportunities to lend her vocal and dramatic talents to audiences at the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts on multiple occasions, venues in New York, in a web series, and other local productions in the DC metro area. Full Bio
Celena Noel attended Louisiana State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Decision Sciences (ISDS) in May 2006. She continued on to pursue her post graduate degree at the university. In May 2008 she obtained a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in ISDS. After graduating with her MBA, Celena Noel joined IBM in August 2008 as an IT Security Specialist where she provided approaches to updating and developing National Science Foundation (NSF) company-wide IT security policies and procedures. She reviewed draft National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidance and determined security impacts to NSF and reported findings to management. Ms. Noel currently serves as the TSA Application Support Project Manager where she manages a $9.7 million project. She is responsible for providing operational and maintenance support for over 100 applications, several of which are mission critical systems related to national security.
In her spare time, she serves as a mentor and tutors high school students during the school year for the tutoring program at Alfred Street Baptist Church. Ms. Noel also has a passion for the performing arts, more specifically dance. She has danced in local theatrical productions including “Real Cuts”, “Promises”, and “Senior Moments” under the direction of Jason Ellis. Full Bio
Dwight Tindall is a native of Ruston, LA and currently lives in Arlington, VA. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Banking and Finance, having previously received a certification from American Institute of Banking in Analyzing Financial Statements. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking/financial industry. He brings to MC, Inc. a wealth of professional experience in bank management, sales, training, and leadership, along with bookkeeping for small businesses. Mr. Tindall has a heart of service and has contributed countless community service hours through the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, including being involved in their Young Male Mentoring program. An accomplished singer and songwriter, he joins the board of MC, Inc. as both a subject matter expert and someone passionate about the arts. Full Bio
Dr. Andrea J. Boudreaux
Dr. Andrea J. Boudreaux is a native of Houston, TX. She is a committed healthcare executive with over a decade of progressive leadership in healthcare administration and a dedicated clinician who recognizes the plight of minorities in both mental and physical health. She is an honors graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Because of her aspirations of academic excellence and dedication to eliminating healthcare disparities, Andrea decided to pursue higher education and enrolled in the Texas A&M System Health Science Center’s School of Rural Public Health where she received a Master’s degree in Public Health with a dual concentration in Health Policy & Management and Hospital Administration. She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from The American School of Professional Psychology in Washington DC. Dr. Boudreaux is a highly sought after pediatric psychologist, and works diligently to improve the mental health of children and adolescents.

Lyndon Taylor is an account supervisor in travel/lifestyle practice at Finn Partners. A Jamaican by birth, he brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked for more than a decade within media and related industries. During that time, he has attended and provided coverage for numerous regional and international events covering a range of issues including entertainment, tourism, transportation and economic development, building a powerful network of global contacts. With a passionate interest in volunteerism, he has served the St. Patrick’s Foundation in Kingston and acted as media center Supervisor for the IX IAAF/Coca-Cola World Junior Championships in Athletics. He also volunteers as a mentor with Catholic Big Sisters Big Brothers (CBSBB) and serves as a communications consultant with the New York based Jamaican charity Children of Jamaica Outreach (COJO).
Lyndon is a graduate of the University of Westminster, where he completed a Master of Arts in Journalism and a post-graduate diploma in Broadcast Journalism.
