Jason A. Ellis, is the founder and Executive Director of MC Inc., bringing together his passion for the arts and youth leadership development. He is currently pursuing an Ed.D degree at George Washington University in Educational Leadership and Administration, while also actively engaged in the arts community as a performer, administrator, and instructor. He has established himself as a recognized playwright, having written, directed, choreographed, and produced several original musicals and his commitment to the arts extends to also serving on the board of First Night Alexandria. Dr. Andrea J. Boudreaux

Chair

Dr. Andrea J. Boudreaux is a committed healthcare executive and pediatric psychologist with nearly two decades of progressive leadership in healthcare administration and clinical practice.  She is a dedicated clinician who recognizes the plight of minorities in both mental and physical health. An Honors graduate of Howard University and Texas A&M University School of Public Health, Dr. Boudreaux recently returned to Washington DC to serve as the Executive Director of Children’s School Services, a subsidiary of Children’s National Hospital, where she oversees nearly 200 school-based clinics, addresses the needs, and improves health outcomes and access for 90,000 children across the District. Tamieka J. Jones

Vice Chair

Tamieka Jones is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in talent acquisition and recruiting leadership and development. After receiving her B.S. degree in Marketing from Alabama A&M University, she launched her career delivering recruiting services for Aerotek/Allegis Companies, one of the top staffing firms in the country. Tamieka has always had a heart to serve. It is this desire that led her to transition her career to the non-profit industry.  In 2016, Tamieka joined AARP as the Director of Talent Acquisition, coupling her love for recruiting and service to the community. Celena Noel Hunter

Secretary

Celena Noel Hunter attended Louisiana State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Decision Sciences (ISDS) in May 2006. She continued on to pursue her post graduate degree at the university. In May 2008 she obtained a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in ISDS.  After graduating with her MBA, Celena Noel joined IBM in August 2008 as an IT Security Specialist where she provided approaches to updating and developing National Science Foundation (NSF) company-wide IT security policies and procedures. She reviewed draft National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidance and determined security impacts to NSF and reported findings to management. Ms. Noel currently serves as the TSA Application Support Project Manager where she manages a $9.7 million project. She is responsible for providing operational and maintenance support for over 100 applications, several of which are mission critical systems related to national security. Full Bio

Dwight Lamar

Treasurer

Dwight Tindall is a native of Ruston, LA and currently lives in Arlington, VA. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Banking and Finance, having previously received a certification from American Institute of Banking in Analyzing Financial Statements. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking/financial industry. He was previously employed in Martinsville, NJ as Vice President/Branch Manager at PNC Financial Group Services and recently took a similar position with SunTrust Bank in Washington, DC.  He brings to MC, Inc. a wealth of professional experience in bank management, sales, training, and leadership, along with bookkeeping for small businesses. Travis S. Nembhard, Esq.

Director

Travis S. Nembhard is a lawyer, former administrative law judge, and advocate. He brings an array of experiences, ranging from civil rights to finance. As a board director, Travis brings his expertise in law, finance, and policy, along with his appreciation for the arts. Travis currently serves as the Administrator for the Compliance and Enforcement Division at the Department of For-Hire Vehicles (DFHV), overseeing all enforcement actions and investigations executed by the D.C. regulator of the for-hire industry. Travis is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the ABA Judges Initiative Committee, the JD National Conference of the Administrative Law Judiciary, and the Washington Bar Association. Full Bio

Lyndon Taylor

Lyndon Taylor is the Founder and CEO of Lyndon Taylor & Associates, a boutique media and public relations consulting agency in New York City. With an illustrious career as an award-winning journalist and public relations consultant, he has been a contributor to various community and Diaspora publications. With a passion for sports, youth, the performing arts, music, travel, fashion and lifestyle, he is deeply engaged in narrative shaping and storytelling, focused on individuals, brands and news. His professional focus extends to the meticulous planning, promotion and facilitation of the execution of numerous passion projects. Taylor is a qualified journalist, having earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Westminster in London. Jivon Jackson

Director

Jivon Lee Jackson is a native Washingtonian with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, from Howard University, and a master’s degree in Marketing Management from University of Maryland. In 1998 he fell in love with the stage & performing. That passion evolved into stage management , directing & producing.  He has a diverse theatre career over the last 24 years and have focused on exposing young people to theater arts, including running a theater arts summer program at St. Paul Church in Oxon Hill, MD, serving as a promoter for Culture Kingdom Kids, and producing children/youth friendly plays including the Wiz at the John Addison Performing Arts Auditorium. He previously worked in the Communications Department at the National Endowment for the Arts, served as the Director of Marketing at Tantallon Players; a community theater group, and was a Washington Area Theatre Community Honors (WATCH) judge. Keshaun Kyle

Keshaun Kyle joined MainStreet Bank in 2023, leveraging her two decades of business and consumer banking experience within the Greater Washington Metro market. She is well-versed in all facets of banking and has facilitated the growth of many local businesses by helping entrepreneurs manage liquidity, limit risks, build or improve their credit profile, obtain loans, and understand their tactical and strategic options. 

A proud native of Alexandria, Keshaun is deeply involved in making our community a better place to live, work and play. Over her professional career she has served on nonprofit boards and has consistently volunteered her free time and expertise. Some of her most gratifying experiences have included serving as a mentor and role model to young women who don’t have mothers in their homes and helping first-generation students to navigate the college selection and application process, enabling them to become the first in their families to attain a higher education. Ira Coats Jr., Esq.

Director

Ira F. Coats, Jr. is an attorney who has always had a passion for giving a voice to the voiceless. Having many years of experience in criminal defense and eviction defense law, Ira has established his career by representing both children and adults at the appeals and trial levels.

Raised in Savannah, Georgia, Ira moved to Washington, D.C. in 2021 after a successful career as a Criminal Defense Attorney with the Defenders Association of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Ira currently works as a Staff Attorney with AARP’s Legal Counsel for the Elderly (LCE) initiative in Washington, D.C., where he provides housing and eviction defense representation for individuals who are 60 and older. LCE is committed to bridging the justice gap for vulnerable D.C. elders and helping them live with dignity and assurance that they are not alone. Ira also works as a Youth Engagement Specialist with Sasha Bruce Youthwork, Inc. Full Bio
