General:

Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. On-site Box Office is open 60 minutes prior to the start of the show. Our website ticket sales will close at midnight the day prior to each performance. For day-of online purchases, attendees will be directed to an alternate ticketing site at the box office.

All seating is open and general admission (unless otherwise specified). Wheelchair access and seating is available. For disability related accommodation, please email the Box Office.

To purchase tickets online, visit our Tickets Page and click the relevant “Buy Now” button to be taken to our merchant service payment portal.

Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. The Box Office will also receive a confirmation and be able to check you in when you arrive at the show venue. An e-ticket will subsequently be emailed to you, within 3-5 business days to additionally assist with easy check-in. If tickets are purchased day-of, through our associated ticketing site Givebutter, you should receive an e-ticket immediately after processing the payment.

If MC Inc. cancels a show because of weather, it will do so no later than three hours before curtain time. If MC Inc. cancels a show, patrons who purchased tickets for the cancelled show have four options: 1) receive a refund for the original purchase price of the tickets; 2) reschedule for another performance date; 3) convert the purchased tickets into a tax-exempt donation to MC Inc.; or 4) convert the cost of the ticket purchase for MC Inc. merchandise.

Ticket holders on their own accord may cancel their ticket purchase and receive a full refund 24 hours before the start of the show. Thereafter, the only options available will be options 2 through 4.

Savings Options:

For our adult productions, purchases of 10 or more tickets can be made at the price for City/Military employees. Please use that option when making group ticket purchases.
