Momentum Collective Inc. announced that it has been selected as one of the recipients of the 2026 Capacity Building Grants awarded by the Virginia Commission for the Arts (VCA).
The organization received a $1,500 grant allocation that will help cover expenses associated with Executive Director Jason
Ellis and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors Lyndon Taylor attending the Leadership Conference in Albuquerque as part of
ongoing professional development initiatives focused on strengthening organizational sustainability, leadership and operational
effectiveness.
According to Ellis, “This conference made possible through the Virginia Commission for the Arts is important for organizations like ours as we seek to build leadership skills and help us in improving our efficiency and how we operate as a nonprofit, ultimately delivering measurable financial results.”
