Thomas Shan (right), is this year’s DREAM Scholarship awardee. Thomas has been involved with the Momentum Collective family since 2012 when he performed in “Promises”, written and directed by MC Inc. executive director, Jason Ellis. Over the years Thomas’ love for the arts grew, performing in more theatrical productions and arts festivals in the city of Alexandria. While a student at T.C. Williams High School he became an accomplished musician. He is an outstanding young man, with great moral character and a strong work ethic. We are so very proud to provide a check for $1,500 to help cover his tuition costs as he attends Virginia Commonwealth University to pursue a degree in music.
